  • A perfect seaweed salad with plenty of taste.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces arame, soaked and drained
  • 1 large red onion, sliced 1/8-inch thick
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced fine
  • 1 large red pepper, diced fine
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
Directions
  • Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss. Serve.
Serving Ideas:
  • Garnish with fresh sliced lemon.
