Arame Salad
A perfect seaweed salad with plenty of taste.

Ingredients
8 ounces arame, soaked and drained
1 large red onion, sliced 1/8-inch thick
1 medium cucumber, diced fine
1 large red pepper, diced fine
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
Directions
Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Toss. Serve.
Serving Ideas:
Garnish with fresh sliced lemon.
